Pricing
All pricing quoted is prior to local and state taxes as required by the State of Texas and the City of Arlington Texas.
Payment
Orbit Air LLC provides prompt and on time delivery of its services and payment is due on receipt of deliverables unless otherwise specified and agreed upon in writing. This may include but is not limited to digital forms of communication such as email, text, messaging apps, and on the delivered invoice itself. Payment will be considered late 15 days after the stated due date and a fee of $2.5% per day of the original balance will be added to the outstanding balance until payment is received. After 60 days we consider the payment to be delinquent and may pursue debt reconciliation through legal action.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Rescheduling and/or cancellations within a 24 hour period prior to a scheduled booking will incur a fee of 25% of the agreed upon charge for services to be rendered.
On-site rescheduling and/or cancellations will incur a fee of 50% of the agreed upon charge for services rendered.
Rescheduling or cancellations will induce no fee or penalty by any party and garner no ill will from parties involved if canceled or rescheduled due to weather concerning either the shoot, gear involved, or the safety of participants. These concerns may include rain, snow, excessive winds, extreme heat, or any other weather condition which may put gear or personnel at unnecessary risk, or is directly prohibiting a previously made and reasonable request from a client (for example cloud cover). Orbit Air LLC will do everything reasonable to accommodate a situation and expects all its clients to monitor weather conditions as well, but extreme weather conditions are beyond anyone's control.
Coverage Area
Orbit Air LLC is based in Arlington, TX and covers everywhere within a 50 mile radius from their office with no travel fees incurred. For scale, Decatur, Sanger, Terrell and Hillsboro all within that radius. A $30 travel fee will be incurred for everything between 50 and 75 miles. 75 mi and beyond, including nationwide bookings, will be discussed upon scheduling. Please contact

Photo Rights and Usage
Orbit Air LLC owns and retains all rights to all works created by employees working for them unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
For residential and commercial real estate properties, concerning all photos delivered to Orbit Air LLC's client, rights are granted for usage in any manner intended to promote, advertise, market, sell, rent, or lease the property photographed when full payment is received by Orbit Air, LLC. These rights are non-transferable. Should the property come up for sale or rent again for example, licensing must be repurchased before photos can be reused. Any use or reproduction outside of these circumstances may result in legal action on behalf of Orbit Air LLC.
Disclaimer
Orbit Air LLC is not responsible for items photographed that a homeowner does not wish to have photographed such as safes, framed pictures, or private items. Any and all items a property owner wishes not to be photographed should be hidden or placed out of view of reasonable photography. Orbit Air LLC may be required to enter all portions of a house, and may open cabinets and doors to reasonably move an item out of the way of a photograph, but we are not a professional staging company and cannot be held to the same standards or reasonably expected to do so in the time we are allotted. If we arrive at a property in a state of disarray, we will notify the realtor, agent, or appropriate representative and propose a reshoot after conditions have been improved in the property. If a reshoot is decided, a rescheduling fee will be incurred (see Cancellation and Rescheduling).
Agreement
By using this website, booking, hiring, or otherwise employing services of Orbit Air LLC or its affiliates you agree to these terms and conditions as stated unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
